The blowing of the conch shell begins the evening as the soothing sounds of a contemporary Hawaiian trio lilt through the air. The royal spread includes cuisine from the melting pot of cultures making up Hawaii. After dinner prepare to be enchanted by the historic yet exotic dances of Polynesia, from the islands of Tahiti, Samoa, and New Zealand, to our own Hawaii.

Best I Attended So Far!

Surprisingly delicious food. Breathtakingly beautiful location and the show was spectacular. I cannot imagine a better luau and it was certainly the best I attended so far.

The food surpassed other luaus... the performances felt special, the beachfront Grand Hyatt setting was beautiful and the pre-dinner activities—including hula lessons—were especially kid-friendly.
